August - Vocation Awareness Month
A double header to pray for vocations in the priesthood and religious life!
On Saturday 2nd August, we will have adoration from 2pm, followed by Holy Hour at 3.55pm, for vocations in Australia and New Zealand.
On Saturday 16th August, we will have our McAuley Tea&Chat starting at around 2pm, followed by Holy Hour at 3.55pm, for our Sisters professing vows during this weekend.
September - Spring is Here
Saturday 13th September - As part of the Archdiocese of Sydney Vocation Office, we will host a special afternoon for young women who are interested to learn more about our community. We invite any women between the age of 18 to 35, to join us for a day of reflection and to learn about our life as a Religious Sisters of Mercy.
Saturday 20th September - Stay tune for a possible St Joseph's Workday as we prepare for our big solemnity, Mary, Mother of Mercy!
Wednesday 24th September - Once again, we are grateful to be able to invite you for a special Holy Mass and lunch at the convent, starting at 11am. Please email us if you are able to attend.
October - Month of Mary
Saturday 11th October - Join us for a special Aquinas Night on Mary, starting with Holy Hour at 4pm.
November - Month of Prayers for the Holy Souls
Saturday 8th November - Stay tune for our special event this month, as this may be our fourth and final St Joseph's workday for the year!
December - Advent
Stay tune as we plan for the finale in thanksgiving for your prayers, support and generosity!
